We spent the day around Weipa township. Being a Sunday, it was very quiet around the place. Woolworths wasn't even open!
Leticia has had an earache since she got to Cairns so we tried the doctor but can't see him until tomorrow. We forgot to latch down the solar panel on the camper and broke off a few pop-rivets yesterday so we went to the hardware and bought a rivet gun and rivets to repair it. All ok now.
James and I went for a fish with a fellow and his son who are camping near us - they caught a Sooty Grunter but we only managed nibbles and not much. There was heaps of fish jumping in the water but without a boat we couldn't get near them
